SIZE: Adult Small (circumference 19.5"/50cm), Adult Medium (21"/53cm), Adult Large (22.5"/57cm). Knit the size that is next size smaller than head for a snug fit.

MATERIALS NEEDED: 2 skeins (220yds/100g skein) of worsted weight wool or other feltable yarn (shown: Universal Yarn's Deluxe Worsted Concord Tweed, color 907- Eggplant; and Universal Yarn's Deluxe Worsted Long Print, color 09- Purple Sky); US9/5.5mm needles (circular or double-pointed to knit in the round); US7/4.5mm needles (circular or double-pointed to knit in the round); waste yarn and crochet hook for provisional cast-on; stitch marker; tapestry needle.

GAUGE: Unfelted: 17 sts/23 rows =4" (10 cm) in stockinette stitch before blocking or felting.
